It’s been over a week since my HR round at Volkswagen on 9th September, and I followed up with the HR today. They’ve been saying for the last three days that the final stage for offer approval is still pending. Could you guide me on how long it might take?

EXL as AVP/Engagement manager at credit for fintech clients (42+5 LPA)

and

Accenture strategy as Manager in operations for banking (40+3 LPA)

Which one should he go for?
Any suggestions?

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. Does this mean they'll call me if there are openings with some other project?

Recently I have completed probation in Accenture, and got offer from HCL, Is there any chance to revise the package? because I have completed only 6 months in Accenture, If I compare CTC of both there is huge difference it's round 10 lacs, HCL offering 60 per hike.

But I'll start a new job in 2 weeks where I'll be under taxable bracket.
