Pay raise was an extra $3,500. Bonus was $12k

like

That’s very good!

No raise. My 2025 bonus will be $52.5k

like

That’s a great bonus!

Got 20k Jan 1 should get ~$47k April 1.
If pay raise is sub 7% ill likely give em hell

like

Let me know how that doesn’t work out for you lol

No bonuses as I work for myself. 2025 was a good year though. I am curious to see what my wife's bonus will be though. She's in finance for a private company. They've been extremely fortunate the last couple of years and paid almost twice of their target which is unsustainable for their industry in my opinion. I think she'd be happy with near target this year. We'll see in March.

Wishing you all a successful 2026!!

like

Good luck to her! Hoping the same! 2026 needs to be good to us all!

9% raise, $20k bonus and $24k stock vesting over 3 years

like

That’s great!

We didn't get bonuses this year which really killed the morale. I did get a 10% raise though which was really nice considering the average is about 3%.

The raise is def nice! Sorry you didn’t get bonuses. Not going to lie I’m worried we won’t get ours due to losing a bunch of major plans but we won’t major awards still and still made profit so hoping that counteracts

No raise since I started a new job and of summer and got a $26k bonus

My usual .25 cent raise and 3k bonus I’m sure …. If I’m lucky

Oh wow I’m sorry to hear that!

like

Pay raise was $2,500. Bonus was $13,500. Which was ~$5k higher than last year so I’m overall happy with it

Anyone else finding it very difficult to get any enjoyment out of account management these days? Any coping tips? I feel like being an account person is especially difficult in the COVID era since so much of what we do is manage communications, ensure the team is set up well etc. None of this feels particularly fun alone staring into the void of Zoom all day ... but the same pressure is still there. I feel like I spend every week counting down to the weekend which kinda sucks.

Does anyone else constantly put off putting their time in as they go and then hate their life at the end of the month? Then once you get caught up, you don’t want to enter more time, and so you fall behind again. It’s a vicious cycle.

I’m currently at a studio that has been good to me. They took a chance and allowed me to change career paths. They gave me numerous opportunities that lead me to now, being the head of a department. The big guys at the top has expressed they could see me as the guy to run the company one day but it’s all talk and possibilities right now. I’ll have to wait for now. On the other hand, I have an offer in hand from a much bigger company to be part of their business development. Any advice?

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

User experience mgr salary? I support six product teams and eight reports. 20+ years experience
