My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

You’ll want to show some justification for an increase. I keep a folder in my outlook of any praise/recognition I receive from upper management to help prove my worth
Make sure you have receipts of what you accomplished this past year. Then just politely but firmly say something like, I'd like to discuss my compensation, here's what I bring to the table.
Do you not get a salary review during your end-of-the-year review? I guess my company does them both at the same time. Be ready to justify why you deserve a raise and use your end-of-the-year review to help you.
