For others 1, 2 rating and people who got promoted will have effective from 1st Oct itself. Arrears will come in Nov salary. 3,4,5 rating will be from April 2025. Bonus will be paid to everyone in Nov.

Geopolitical situations and they are already paying industry std were the senseless reasons showered on me.
This partiality is indirect way of communicating to leave.
Leadership just wants to clear out the Lower/Mid level employees since number of lower management employees has taken a huge rise and they don't have any proper roadmap to distribute them among the managers. This is just a People Centric approach of f***ing people!
