I've attended interview with salesforce last week friday, it's been one week now HR hasn't responded about my feedback, does salesforce ditch like that or should I wait for the feedback? Or do they keep on hold for sometime? Should I ask HR about my feedback? According to me interview went quite well.

How do you provide feedback on a lack of attention to detail? One of the consultants reporting up to me doesn't pay attention to detail so whenever I review his work, I'm always marking up a bunch of things for him to fix himself. It's been half a year and I haven't seen improvement, so maybe it's a lack of guidance on my part. He's really hard working otherwise, so I definitely don't want to "ding" him for it. What can I do better to develop him/this specific skillset?
