I’ve been a junior at my agency for a little over two years. I love the it here, though I haven’t made much for my portfolio. My mental health is in a really bad spot due to personal circumstances, and I know I can’t keep working right now. However, idea of taking 6–12 months off terrifies me, especially with the job market being what it is and having only one solid book piece since portfolio school. I could really use some advice or perspective on where the industry stands right now.

Quitting my job soon and am thinking about becoming a therapist/counsellor for lawyers and other high stress professions. Taking a poll on whether you would be attracted to the idea of a therapist who worked in biglaw and could speak to burnout, perfectionism and other mental health issues we typically face as lawyers. I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. I recently got an IBM offer letter. There are 3 options i.e. Accept, Decline and Query.
I had selected the Query option to change my joining date which they did with e mail.
But now in the offer letter section, it does not show the 3 options anymore. But I both have the offer letter and the revised joining date e mail. Is it okay?
