You seem underpaid for your experience, I would consider going to $85-95k. But that would be pre-COVID, no idea what the market is like now.

How many times have you jumped shops, and when was the most recent time? I think 95k is too high, but you could easily be in the 75k-85k area

I think 75 to 85k is your range in this climate.

85-90k- need to back up your request for a salary increase with industry standard as well as stellar examples of work so far.
