I've been at my company for about stressful 3 years. My team had someone "leave". I took over that person's responsibilities. But 3 months before; we got a new person on the team. the new team member is being paid A higher salary. I'm not due for A pay raise until October but I feel like I'm underappreciated. I've done everything ever asked from me. I worked 12-13 hours to get work done. I want to ask for raise but I'm prepared to resign out of frustration.

What should i go for TCS 9.5Lpa or Rategain 11.5 lpa

My two year anniversary of starting my career (in general) is coming up in the next 3 weeks.

Aug 2020- 65k base salary
Jan 2022- 80k base salary
July/Aug 2022- 110k base salary

Been for a company for over 2years. The executive team is very much a boy's club. There are a few women in management roles but zero ethnicity diversity there. I raised my concern to HR in feb.
