I’ve been at pwc for more than two years and I’m going to be promoted senior this July. Should I initiate conversation with my partners about having the firm sponsor my green card? How did you guys start the process? I plan to get their support first before going to the HR. Any suggestions on how to approach this matter? I’ve always been a good worker and have great ratings.

If you join pwc with an approved I140, do they start the green card transfer (perm, i140) immediately ? I was told by recruiter it will start immediately after H1 transfer . I Wanted to know how true this is if anyone been through this

Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. - OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).
