It's called burnout. You probably pushed yourself too hard early on. I'd slow down your progress and focus more on your personal life for a few months.
I rediscovered my passion after taking a year to only do the bare minimum work to get by.
This taught me 1. My bare minimum is still impressive to my leaders, and 2. I do better work when I am enjoying my personal time to the fullest.
Yep, been there done that. I just left last year. Honestly, when this happens to me I typically leave for a year to have a break from it all yhen come back.
In theory but there are so many more factors that wear you down over time like water over a rock.
It’s always interesting looking back at yourself.
Are you working remote these days or do you get into the office still?
Was going through this in 24, turned out to be anxiety driven depression. SSRIs did the trick for me! I'm slowly getting motivation back and showing up for my team and client like I used to.
Maybe work is not challenging enough or may be you are more focused on personal life.Whatever it is, we all go through such phases and over time zeal to thrive at work comes back.Let it be and enjoy this cool phase of life.
