I've been given the offer to move to another state for a better job and much better pay. But as I'm nearing having to take the final decision, I'm feeling crippled. I think I'm going to make a big mistake leaving behind what keeps me alive and happy... my family and friends. I think a lot of us underestimate the value of the community and family that you've built up. Am I being foolish for caring about this more than a better opportunity in my career?

Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only.
