I’ve been in a junior role for almost a year and need to find a new job. Should I still try to find another junior role or attempt a mid-level position?

I got call from Microsoft for Cloud Solution Architect role (Customer Success). Location is Mumbai so bit reluctant to go ahead with interview as city is too costly, But recruiter is saying Compensation would be very good but not disclosing how much hike can I get.

Any one has idea on how much does Microsoft offers in this role. This role seems to be for Indian clients

Sometimes you think of an idea or concept, and you just know. You know it's great, you know it could be groundbreaking. However, "just knowing" obviously isn't good enough of a reason to convince the client. I'm a junior, so maybe this is something that will come with experience. But how do you find the words to substantiate this feeling? Is it reasoning backwards? Is it working together with a great strategist? How do you sell it? Fire away!

With no kind of leadership or mentor, I’m just figuring out how to dig myself out of this hole. Any advice for this chump?
