Ever considered getting an IT certification that could be related to your admin skills?
It would probably make sense to see if you could move into a position in your current organization. A problem is that sometimes administrative people will get pigeonholed and managers just see them as doing what they're already doing. For that reason it might make sense to try to find a non-administrative position elsewhere.
I've been looking for work for 4 years.
Look into project management certifications or degrees. Those roles are perfect for people who are highly organized, have attention to detail and like to plan and strategize as well as keeping things on track and managing people…not performance management, but making sure they stay on track and meet deadlines (which we as admins do all the time for the execs we support). Admins transition well into those roles.
I just saw that Groupon offers courses on Project Management training that can be researched. Once done, or if more information is needed, look up Udemy.com to see what they have.
Recommend sites like https://www.onetonline.org/ to give you a sense of what jobs might be relatable or relevant to what you're looking for. Consider that you require a certification rather than getting your Master's. The link above displays areas where you can analyze job titles that may suit you, and shows what you have in your area that you can go for and achieve.
