I’ve been in my role as a financial analyst for 3 years now and I’m really struggling with my current manager as she tends to micro manage and her expectations change constantly, I feel like no matter what I do I can’t win… I’ve been told by several previous managers and mentors that they believe I’m “overdue” for a promotion into a senior role at the company but unfortunately the corporate structure is set up so only my current manager is able to put me in the running for a promotion.

Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? I am getting a good project in current company where there will be lot of learning
Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Is learning important and priority for 4.5 years of experience? Or better to go with the high package offer? (Other company offer is from TCS). Your valuable comments would help.

I have 9 + years of exp, and CCTC is 20.7 fixed, last year I got 40% bonus on top of my CTC. What is the range which GSK can offer for grade 7? And will it offer 7a or 7b or anything else?
