Get on new projects/ lat move to another role.
The product is moving so quickly now. If you’re not at a place where training is offered then manage your own. Check sap press there are so many helpful books there now
Get a business cert to move up, truly.
1-Get new skills: especially on the new BTP platform/all cloud related products. If you are more on the functional side, I would highly recommend to get some technical skills like basic abap and Fiori related topics (catalogs, group, tile, autorisation, service)
2-Get certified (if you are at a company than can sponsor you, even better)
3-Always get latest news about SAP products. Even if you are not expert in the functionalities, you will be able to take part in discussions around new solutions for potential new deals etc. Still a bonus from a “reputation” pov when you are in a team / partner meeting.
Thanks a ton for outlining areas that would make me more solid in my functional area, much appreciated 🙏🏻
Look for the most relevant SAP modules to you and start getting some basic training then project experience will make you expert on it.
