I’ve been locked into the same show for three seasons now. On the one hand, it’s steady work in an industry where instability is the norm, and I’m grateful for that paycheck. But the role hasn’t changed, there’s no clear path up, and I feel like I’m just treading water while everyone else builds new credits.
