I’ve been offered a role worth £60k in London. My previous role paid me almost £90k. I don’t have many options but the proposed offer is just not something I can survive on with the current state of things. A room is 1k and I’m expected to be in the office. How can I negotiate?

I applied for a position through a recruiter and made it through the interview rounds with the actual company and received a verbal offer, but haven’t heard back since. Am I able to reach out directly to HR for updates or does all communication have to be filtered through the recruiter?

In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Please suggest

My joining in both are in around May last week. Tomorrow my IBM pre onboarding HR will connect with me. Should I ask for a counter offer tomorrow itself?
Or should I ask 2 weeks before joining?
Many told me that companies revise CTC when the joining date is near, else they show less interest. So should I go for it now itself?
