Wearing to work today

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can anyone here give a referral?

You aren’t alone. I am applying and either getting rejected or hearing nothing back. I’m focusing a lot on myself, and if I’m doing everything I can with my applications and just trying to tell myself this job market needs a lot of patience.

The process of job searching and applying just seems like it's built to be frustrating. It is honestly difficult to stay motivated, but you have to just keep plugging away to get anywhere. When I was applying and feeling stuck in limbo I'd try to distract myself with something I enjoyed just to clear my mind. And the next day I'd be able to get myself motivated enough to get back to it. It's so frustrating, but the key to it all is persistence.
Glassdoor, Linkedİn, Indeed, USAjobs, and I’m also applying on company websites
Honestly, I was in the same position you were. Was out of work since December but only started looking in May. I got hired and am about to finish my first month with my new job. The best advice I can give is using AI to tailor your resume to the jobs you apply for. Copy and paste the job description for each application and AI will make sure your resume has enough key words to pass the initial screening process. I used resume.co but there are plenty of other sites you can use. Honestly getting past the screening process to the actual recruitment team is the hardest part.
Ok, thank you so much for the advice
I always turn to staffing agencies. Some are not so good but I found a great recruiter last week who knew her client's need and also knew how to present me in the most advantageous light to make the client want to interview me. She knew how to work the magic. Yesterday was the interview, it went great and an 1/2 hour after it was over, I was offered the job. So, present yourself to the recruiter as a goldmine and that they should acknowledge your value for the client. To present you in the right way to the client is the key to getting the job. Stress your assets, your lasting value and necessitate every possible reason why they should show their client(s) how great you are. Your soft skills are as important as your skillset in your profession. The client needs you more than you need them but with them knowing a fantastic applicant to available, should generate an offer.
Congratulations on the new job!
May I ask who the staffing agency was that helped you and the contact person was? I’ve been out of a job for 2 years and nothing, ugh! TIA.
I am also getting frustrated and worn out. I have applied to so many jobs, attended one interview which I felt I really did my best but unfortunately was not selected for the job. I really need encouragement.
I have also been out of employment for 5 months now, In the month of July, I was invited for an interview which I did well and had great hopes of being hired but unfortunately I was'nt selected. I became depressed and felt like the world had come to an end for me but later on I gained strength to continue this journey of searching for a job, I have also been manifesting on the job hoping that the right door will open. Just be patient, your job is on the way.
I hear you — job searching can feel really draining, especially when it’s rejection after rejection or complete silence. Please know it’s not a reflection of your worth or abilities. Sometimes the process just takes longer than we hope. Don’t lose heart — the right door will open, and all these ‘no’s’ are just stepping stones toward the right ‘yes.’ I’m rooting for you.
