Hi all, asking on behalf of my SO. He’s currently in a backend engineer security role and wants to move into an infra related one. He’s in talks with his manager about moving internally in his current company but that is still in discussion. He just got an offer from another company for an infra role but they need an answer in the next week. How do you guys suggest he push for a decision from his manager about the internal move. I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

What do you do to get yourself comfortable saying something doesn’t exist in an agreement or in case law? When i get questions like this (Ex. Does this contract have XYZ-type language?) I usually figure out the answer pretty quickly…but then I spend a ton of time trying to prove myself wrong. I got burned on a question like this as a 2nd yr, so I think I’m just hyper aware of the risk. I’ve been told I need to get “more efficient” though, so I’m trying to work on this. Any suggestions?

Here my question, now she want to start her career again with her new skills in CDM, PV.
1. Which one will have growth CDM or PV?
2. Does they consider earlier experience because she had a gap.?
