Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

Crossroads Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. I have been with the organization almost 6 years and have accomplished achievement of my MSL (Masters Strategic Leadership) and LOVE the organization…BUT…I am not having any success in moving into a new position…my interviews are great experiences but it seems to be a pattern of not being selected yet encouraged to continue applying…received information from a mentor/manager to ask for candid feedback…when is enough…ENOUGH??
Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

What is it you don't like about your current role and what do you like about it. Start from there first. I gather that the fact you've been there for relatively long in today's job hopping world is an issue for you. Are there no opportunities for growth? What kind of things would you like to do in a new role. If you can pin point that then what is stopping you attaining that goal?
Hi! Currently in it. I remind myself that work isn’t a definition of who I am, and also it’s common to have upwards of 10 career changes in your lifetime. You’re not stuck! Even though when the economy slows down I know it can certainly feel that way. Best of luck!
I’m in this right now. Also at 10 years of experience. I am working with a career coach and therapist. Haven’t figured out my next step yet.
I experienced the same feeling of realising I didn't enjoy what I was doing but not knowing what I wanted to instead. It was also after 10 years. Unfortunately I didn't manage to figure out what was missing and I spent years moving to different companies, different industries, different roles in same field and didn't end up any happier. In some roles I was utterly miserable, others were 'ok' but something still felt like it was missing. Through lots of research I eventually 'discovered' that it's not so much about the exact role that we do but actually about whether we are using our top strengths to make a difference to the thing we care about most in the world (cause or issue). This is doing the thing that only we can do in the way that we do it. I now work for a not-for-profit by day and in my spare time I am a 'Career Coach' but not in the traditional way. After working with clients one on one and in group programs, I developed a new way to help talented professionals find more meaning and joy in their work.
