I've been working on Angular for the past three years, and I'm finding it difficult to find new opportunities in this field. There are very few full-stack roles, and I haven't been able to find a single Angular frontend developer position.
It seems like Angular is losing its popularity. Is this the case, and if so, what's the reason?

Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.
