So my fiancé and I are having a microwedding in Rocky Mountain National Park next year, and we’re working with an elopement planner.

Not sure whether to be honest or not in this situation. I have decided that I want to leave my job and do a masters degree. I’m planning to leave my job at the end of June, should I warn my boss now so she can start hiring? I don’t want her to be blindsided by my decision and hiring is very slow at the moment. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there. Everyday was a struggle and tried to keep myself small so no one would find out I was a "fraud." Looking back on it now, wiser and more experienced, I realized how detrimental feeling that way

Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have a degree in marketing, but I am having a hard time landing interviews since I’ve never had a strictly marketing only role. Can anyone provide any advice, or has anyone successfully moved away from sales?

Why would recruiters reach out to me, say they want to talk, then not follow up? Should I call them instead?
