I've failed ~30 itws in the last few months at either recruiter or hiring manager level. I always put effort into prep, have a good cv and thankfully I am employed but I am feeling helpless. Feedback is constantly conflicting between companies and rounds e.g. not strategic enough, not operational enough, not specialist enough, not generalist enough, not enough exposure to XYZ, etc. I think I've narrowed it down to not being likable enough but I've no clue what to do next seriously?

Open to a new role more focused in the tech industry. Have nearly 5 years working in a top 5 Canadian bank. I currently manage a commercial banking portfolio of roughly $100 million in annual commercial lending clients. Have experience selling and managing c-suite etc. Looking for a remote opportunity.

Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I've been promoted into a management role from Dev roots, so need to learn more PM processes to be an effective manager in day job, plus would like to start building my own SaaS solution.

Current Salary: 13.5lpa
Years of exp: 4+2 (2 yrs post MBA)
Current Role: Assistant Project Manager, IT industry

What salary should I expect/ask for if I decide to switch? I think I am being underpaid right now. Please suggest.

Please also suggest any certification which could help me prepare myself for interviews. I am confused between PMP and CSM. Which one would be better/more suited for IT Project Managers?
