Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?
Happy new year everyone👍🏼

Does the organization do exit interviews? That would be the main way of obtaining data regarding why people are leaving. If your org doesn’t do it, you could try to conduct one on your own with the last person who left, but I’d check with HR on what the policy would be surrounding that. 3 assistants in 6 months is crazy turnover so I’d guess there’s something seriously wrong going on
Your company needs to institute exit interviews. That way they can collect data and learn why assistant are leaving or what problems they struggled with in their role. I would also push to be apart of the hiring process if I were in your position.
Thats tough because them quitting could also not have anything to do you. Stats are showing people are quitting jobs they dont like at a higher rate then ever. On the flip side it maybe they dont like your leadership style but I agree with the above comment an exit interview is the only way to find out weather its a call or ive had companies send me an anonymous exit survey after i let.
Their bad work ethic/mistakes could be a reflection on the onboarding/training. I’ve found most places has horrible training, but high expectations. I’d suggest also looking into that. They may not have felt supported, by your or their peers.
Are these temps or permanent employees?
I have went thru Indianas 1400 hour internship and have a MBA and also a nurse. I would love to show you a hardworker that will make your load lighter. Am really wanting to get into a different area of healthcare. Am willing to relocate but since I dont know where you are working or the state, im not sure I am even a possibility. But this message popped out at me, a nudge from above, perhaps. Anyway, if any interest, please get a hold of me. I could use the training and you could get a pleasant, not leaving until its done, hard working worker. Sorry to bother and thanks for taking the time to read this. Matt.
