Hello! I noticed some similar questions to the one I am about to ask and I apologize if I am being repetitive but I didn’t see this specifically (I am new so sorry if I am missing it). I am a RN and have been for 15 years. I was looking to transition into health tech but has been a bit more challenging than I expected. So, I have been working on trying to get in as a SDR but I am also taking a course for my PMP certification. Is this of value or should I focus on something else?

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. My mental health and my personal relationships have been on a steady decline.

I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health.
