I’ve received an offer from a London-based company that pays $68k with visa sponsorship. However, they’ve asked me to work from India for the first three months on their EOR payroll as a probationary period. This company recently laid off many people from London. While the $40k equivalent is a good offer, I’m not sure if I should take this risk.
