Interviewed for Meta exactly 2 weeks ago today. Contacted the recruiter last Tuesday and they said they were waiting to hear back from the hiring manager to discuss the interview results. Is it worth changing the job from product based MNC company (current 16L with 15% variable, desg: Sr. Software engg.) to service based company Capgemini for 40% hike (giving 22L with 10% variable, desg: Sr. Consultant) in a year only ?
