Joined Accenture 3 months back , management level 10- recently I got deployed in one project but the project is going hectic, if my performance is poor will they fire me or they put me on bench ? Suggestions

I have now been asked to design an architecture for an upcoming project, and document it all. Nothing at this company has been well documented before. I have a feeling they just planning to use my previous experience and then let me go since my pay is high. Is there a way I can safeguard against this?
