SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. 85 - 100k. Try negotiating sign on. Some of the shitty recruiters will tell you no signing bonus so you have to get up in their grill.
That's really good for C. More in line with SC
CRM is tech skill so there is premium for that. If you are functional/vaporware type expect 100-110k, if you got Development/ Configuration skills 125-140K is good for SF region...D will not like to loose you as tech salaries are high.
Now if you are sales guy and bring in business we are talking 135-160K.
Also for SF it is in firm interest to give you signon as it comes with 2 year string. They surely want to tie you down. Negotiate for them separately . First set in higher base then work on Signon
Well. The recruiter before the interview process agreed for 135K, but now she’s starting with 125K. But she’s promising some good sign-on Bonus. Not able to anticipate how much would that be
Thanks for that information. That helps. Seems like the HR can’t do much on the base, she’s promising that she’s gonna come back with good sign-on. Don’t know how to work around that now.
How was the interview?
Also Use pause when negotiating- let her call go to VM and then send email that you will get back to her soon... giving impression you have other opportunities to consider
Don’t show over enthusiasm for the offer use Hmmmm etc when chatting rather than yeah or ok
Tell her that if you want to come in you don’t want to leave for higher compensation elsewhere and want to make career here
So compensation should be good to shut you off from other opportunities
I have successfully negotiated 8.5% higher offer using some negotiation techniques
Interview was good. Infact four rounds. One technical phone interview and one technical onsite.
I like the point IF I DONT WANNA LEAVE FOR A HIGHER COMPENSATION OUTSIDE, I should get enough here.
Will use that. Thanks
