Hi im expecting an offer from Jp Chase in team lead position having experience in trade ops for 8yrs.
Glassdoor and other website says salary ranges from 6-9lpa. My salary is already above that. How much salary should i quote in HR around? Is there any bracket for these kinda roles?

I have a question, I got a contract role through a recruiter. Initially the recruiter offered the hourly pay rate which was the minimum in my range. Now I got an offer from the company.
