In KPMG I will work with partner where as in saama I will work with project/program manager. Please suggest your opinion. Saama KPMG KPMG India

Started my career at Lockheed right after college with a bachelor's in mechanical eng. After 2 years I got promoted to level 2. I have 4 years of experience overall at LM. My comp ratio is right below mid making about 96k. I have been rated "exceeded" for all my time at LM. I'm in PA. Am I being underpaid? Sometimes when I see some of the TC's on here I feel like I chose the wrong field.

Given the market these days, don’t delay your joining secure your job first
Yeah I’m bouncing @ 2 weeks. Do not mess around with H1-B anything.
1 week won’t matter but Accenture has set onboarding days that don’t happen every week. If you miss the current one you may not be able to join for a couple of weeks. Talk to your onboarding coordinator. You don’t want to be stuck without a job in either companies.
Get onboarded at Accenture asap. You risk the offer being rescinded. Think about your H1B first.
Your visa is more important than their release, unless you're client is ICE.
2 weeks is ample notice in the US.
Don't do it
Work out with Accenture HR for a week if the current release is critical ( if you value your management/client ).
Don't burn your bridges especially at the time of looming layoffs .
You don’t owe them ANYTHING. 2 or 3 weeks is just an obligation. Do it next week. Go now. Do not risk it - we are headed into mass layoffs across sectors.
a curtesy* I would say, not an obligation
