Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? I have my CAIA and used the Schweser prep and passed each level on the first try in the top percentile. It was nice to have someone else build out my study plan, have extra practice questions, and be able to submit a problem question when needed. I would also recommend skipping the ethics section that they start with and doing it right before the test so that it is fresh in your mind. Ethics is weighted pretty high and there are a lot of nuances that are easy to forget. Also, make a one-page study guide of each section after you finish so you can have a comprehensive review guide before the test. Leave yourself a week for practice tests and review.
I just passed level 1 in September. I would buy the UpperMark books and test bank. Skim through the books and focus on topics you find out of your scope. Then just do the test bank and you’ll be good. That’s the right way but in all honesty I bought their premium package which included their course. Being a procrastinator I essentially watched the videos for the sections I was having trouble and ran out of time. I just did 1000/1600 problems in the last 5 days before my exam and was able to pass.
I also just got a scholarship for L1 March 2021. Would love to connect.
