Any recs for relatively affordable low-key trainers/gyms/programs around? I gained the COVID 50 (ugh) and am pretty embarrassed about my current shape so I don’t want to jump into a full group fitness class just yet. I’d like to start with some solo workouts but still have the accountability of a group fitness like Orange Theory (which I was pretty into pre-COVID).
