Oh, I'm sorry to hear that! Maybe try asking someone you know for some supplies until you get your refill. It might be a good chance to learn how to start reducing your dose.
Lots of sleep, also I took caffeine pills, magnesium and some mushroom pills when I couldn’t fill my 25 mg XR
Caffeine + L-theanine or L-tyrosine
Take other supplements/multivitamins you can get your hands on like omega 3s, zinc, magnesium, and melatonin for a good night's rest.
Get enough sleep. Exercise to get you focused and read books so you can easily get to sleep.
Okay, but how are you getting Adderall??? My pharmacies have been out for months and no help with finding it.
If you get really tired in the afternoons, leave the office and go on a walk or work out. Don’t let struggling through the fog ruin the rest of the day when your body might naturally be more productive.
I'm more curious about where you get your refills. I'm on the waiting list for more than a week. Anyway, I take Omega 3 as substitute for adderall. Consult it first before you try.
