I take time off after my trials/hearings. Oftentimes, I spend at least one of those days at the spa.
I’m gonna do that! There’s a new spa I’ve been wanting to try !
I find diving into the next case is the only thing that works for me. Consider a therapist too, it’s a real burden and can have terrible professional and personal consequences. Good luck!
I literally just got out of a therapy session!
Take a day or two off. Don’t look at emails. Sleep in. Go for a run. Take your spouse/partner out to a nice restaurant. Laugh.
