Just got offered SC at Deloitte within IT M&A/R with MBA + 4 YOE. What should I be expecting as far as compensation? Signing? Relocation? Coming from industry.

Hello, I worked 1 year as a 'Senior Data Engineer' at 110k base. I then was offered and accepted a role as 'Service Manager' at 155k base where I worked another year. Just recently accepted a 'Data Engineer' job at 155k base but with a larger company (in theory with potential to grow).

I am a Google Certified Professional Data Engineer.

Should I be earning more?

1st Job - 90k…. Is this a good salary? Late to the game at 34. Don’t even know anything about personal finance. Basically feeling like an 18 year old over here with no knowledge of how to run my own life. I’ve worked at the same firm for almost 5 years. I’ve received an end of year bonus of varying sizes- my first year, my paycheck was doubled. The last 3 years, I’ve received 25k-30k bonuses. This year I received a bonus in April (20k) and one in July (15k) but I still expected an end of year bonus. I didn’t get it even though this has been my most profitable year yet. Should I just assume those earlier bonuses were INSTEAD of an end of year bonus or should I ask my boss?
