I work in a position in the revenue cycle and I am looking to possibly get a new job in a more established company. I want more stability and opportunity within a company. I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Not ready to negotiate more, should I accept the offer?
