Just had my 3rd round of interview at Tiktok last Thursday night, and I’m feeling super anxious about the result. Normally the HR would get back to me right away (within 24hrs), but it has been over a weekend 😰. For those who have gotten an offer from them, can you please let me know how long it normally takes to hear back after the 3rd round of interview?

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. My goal is to find a similar position to the one I’m working now and add 20-30% to my income, the high range would meet

First I’d a manager-level BD role for a startup (but public) company im really excited/energized by. 150k base with 15% bonus and equity. Second is a senior manager level growth & partnerships role for a slightly larger company that’s cool but I’m less enthusiastic about. 165k with 20% bonus and equity. How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

Would switching from S& to LEK boost, hurt, or not change exit ops to PE/ PE ops/Corp dev & strat roles? Also looking at benefits of not having independence and utilization requirements. Thanks!
