Just had my 3rd round of interview at Tiktok last Thursday night, and I’m feeling super anxious about the result. Normally the HR would get back to me right away (within 24hrs), but it has been over a weekend 😰. For those who have gotten an offer from them, can you please let me know how long it normally takes to hear back after the 3rd round of interview?

I had a panel interview two weeks ago. I sent the recruiter a status check email last Friday and haven't heard back. I'm really interested in this company and still see the role posted on their site. I'd like to send another email today (to the hiring mgr and recruiter) reiterating my interest along with a list of references. Thoughts on sending the references without them asking? I don't do well with panel interviews and I'm hoping they look past that and check my references.

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer. YouTube has lot of resources but confused on which one to start with. I have an interview this Tuesday in another 2 days.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.

I submitted my documents and I am trying to contact the HR who scheduled my interview, but she is not picking up my call. My question is how soon can I expect the offer letter to be released? And is there a possibility that they can reject my profile at this stage?

How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.

On my W2 federal wages are the same as NY state wages, how do I track down my New York w2 wages without access to my detailed timesheets? Can I just subtract my total wages from the state wages from my W2 of the other states I’ve worked in?

How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer?
