Hi Fishes, I am bit confused to pick the role in KPMG lighthouse as Sr Cloud Data architect or Saama technology as a Project lead. Money wise it is not a big difference. In KPMG I will work with partner where as in saama I will work with project/program manager. Please suggest your opinion. Saama KPMG KPMG India

Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Hi everyone Google ,
I am facing interview trouble.
1. First round of interview has done
2. 2nd was scheduled on 1 july but interviewer did not join. After a few mails to hr and recruitment team one hr replied that they will reschedule it, and asked me for possible dates.
Since then i am waiting for the interview schedule as all of my given dates have been passed. I don't know how to deal with it as I don't want to miss the opportunity.
Anyone in the Houston area?

Yes you will likely need more rounds. My doctor said about 20 frozen eggs (that were mature when retrieved and that they didn’t have to further mature after retrieval) that were retrieved at age 32-33 would give me an 80-90% chance of 1 live birth but would need additional rounds for more babies.
Agreed. Depending on your age, OP, I’d want at least one more (equally successful) retrieval round.

At age 35- got 17 mature eggs, 5 embryos but only 1 normal
At age 39- got 19 mature eggs, 5 embryos and 3 normal
Go figure! Now pregnant with the one from cycle 1 at 40
Its the luck of the draw
I had 17 eggs retrieved at 35 which resulted in 6 "normal" embryos

This is great! Most of us don’t though
I was also hoping for one retrieval
Success story with 14 frozen mature eggs:
I’m currently 44 years old and froze my eggs when I was 37 yo. I also only had 14 eggs after 1 egg retrieval. Out of those 14 eggs, my husband and I made 4 embryos at the blastocyst stage. After some genetic testing, only 2 were euploid.
We successfully transferred 1 of those 2 euploid embryos in 2023 and now my son is a very healthy 14 month old. I’m currently 5 weeks pregnant with my 2nd embryo transfer and praying everyday for the same outcome as my 1st son.
So yes, you can have 2 babies with only 14 mature eggs. I’m the example! 🩵🩵🪺
Here are the odds for 14 eggs frozen at 35
Based on my experience with IVF and seeing the drops from eggs, to blasts, to PGT euploid embryos, and considering you don’t know what your egg quality is or the sperm quality you will eventually use, I would want around 40 eggs. I have unexplained infertility. I have average egg quality, husband has good sperm quality, and we had really great PGT euploid rates (approx 80%), and we got 41 eggs across 3 retrievals (ages 32 and 35 for the retrievals) which resulted in 8 euploid embryos. We went through 3 of those to (hopefully because I am still pregnant with our 2nd) get to 2 kids, leaving us the option for a 3rd (I don’t think we will do it tho!)
My post explains my personal experience... I am pregnant with my 2nd IVF baby right now after 3 egg retrievals, 3 transfers, and 1 miscarriage over the course of 6 years beginning at 31. I also provided the stats for one of my friends who is also currently pregnant with an IVF baby because I thought it might be helpful to see how different the results can be depending on age, egg quality, and sperm quality even when you are dealing with roughly the same number of eggs.
How old are you/what's your fertility diagnosis? Those are important factors. I went from 18 eggs retrieved to two euploids at age 37, so I opted for another round a month later (which yielded four euploids) because we are also in the "2, maybe but probably not 3 kids" camp. But I am one of the lucky ones who has gone 2-for-2 with embryo transfers. With that said, if I had gone into my recent transfer with only one embryo on hand, I would have been a nervous wreck. Instead I walked into the clinic for monitoring appointments with a smile on my face and optimism everywhere.
Thanks for sharing! Also 37, retrieved 20, 19 mature, 13 fertilized. Waiting to hear back about blasts and euploids. Hoping for 3 euploids, but more likely 2. Debating whether I’d do another round with 2 euploids as we want ideally 2 kids, 1 acceptable.
Wife and I did IVF/ gestational carrier. Did one complete round with 21 eggs selected. (Wife was 1 round and done) After IVF we ended up with 5 embryos. (Interesting at every stage you get less and less viability). 1 was rated the highest and later became our son and celebrated turning 1 a few weeks ago. The other 4 are varying quality, but we will go forward with them and leave it up to the universe if they will become brothers or sisters. Bottom line, there is always a chance for a successful outcome.

Was this PGT-A? Or just morphology?
Thanks guys… I was hoping to get away with one round, but it doesn’t seem like that will be the case
