Just had the first recruiter round for Account Strategist role. It was very straight forward interview. Touched on my professional background, experience with sales and KPI, why sales and questions along those lines.

One last hypothetical question was if you managed around 60 accounts and the goal is to increase the ad spend by 20% for the next 12 months, how would you go about doing that?

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. When beginning a piece of literature, I first help the kids access the relevant culture. I have used web quests, but I have found that the kids researching their choice of topics and creating Slides containing information and pics results in more students participating. Looking for respectful ways to manage helping people in need of a job or seeking mentorship. I get 3-4 requests a week from mutual contacts asking if I can connect with a former colleague (always broad). Typically the ask is a 30-45 min call. I’ve been laid off, I know how hard a time it is, but equally am working long hours, parenting and want to reserve time for those I know. How do others manage these extra calls into their weeks?

I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.

If I interview again for a differenr role, would I have to do all the interviews again or can I use some of the scores from previous interviews.
