Just joined Deloitte. If I get a Deloitte work phone, can I use that phone for both personal and work purposes?

Hi all! I work for a local CPA firm and have realized that I’m the only one out of 50 people total and one other partner that are interested in SALT. I see myself creating a path for me to become almost invaluable here. I enjoy multi state returns and wanted to see if you’ll had any recommendations on how to increase expertise and become really tax technical with state and local tax issues? Tax senior here.

It's day 2 for me at Deloitte (PDM) , just received my laptop yesterday , completed a few of the trainings and created/uploaded my resume. Coach and onboarding advisor have not been assigned yet. When do I get assigned to a project? What does that process look like ? How long does this orientation go on for ? And do I have to transfer all my stocks from robinhood to one of their approved brokerages?

Is AAS a good area to gain transferable skills and learn a lot? Comparing to audit.

Today I was watching an old No Reservations episode, where Bourdain was talking about how the Khmer Rouge erased all prior history in Cambodia and made their regime start at Year Zero. There is an eerie parallel between this and what is going on with the Left today.
