Just joined Deloitte in Jan as SC, and I’m going to request PERM in 6 months. Will they draft PERM as SC position or manager position? What if my PD is current and I haven’t been promoted to manager ?

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry. Does anyone know what the average salary is for this position? I have a sinking feeling that I accepted the role too quickly without comparing salaries. The position only pays $50k/year. That seems low to me.

I’d like to eventually switch to a product management role, preferably at a big tech company. Would it be better to align myself into EY’s digital or strategy practice?

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. Dad passed away 2 months ago.
