A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, as they say. Turning down an offer you already have in this job market for the possibility of a promising interview is not something I’d do, if I needed the job or was desperately looking to get out of a toxic situation. Also, there’s no guarantee that company B won’t change its mind and require everyone to start coming in 5 days a week.
And though it might burn your bridges with Company A, you can always quit to take Company B’s offer if that comes through…or use it to leverage higher pay from A (or B). Usually I don’t recommend doing that because they assume you’re looking for a way out and start looking for your replacement. But here, you have a ready-made reasonable justification - A gave you a short time to make your decision and you felt you had to take it, but you already had B lined up and it didn’t feel right to ghost them. You never expected B to come through with an offer; you don’t want to leave A in the lurch but with B being hybrid, that reduces commuting time, clothing expenses, and costs and nets to a better salary…etc.

Agree with this! I would prioritize what you already have for now and try to find out whether the other is an option
I would try to find out about the 2nd this week and then make your decision or if that's not possible go to the 1st in a week on the start date, but find out what the story is with the 2nd on the low down and then decide if you want to stay with the 1st or go to the 2nd that all you can do to best help yourself.
Bring it up yourself if they don't mention it before the end of the interview. I'm confused though, how do you know it's the same pay if you haven't discussed comp with them? Are you just basing that off of the job listing or research you've done?
Congratulations on achieving the dream!
