Definite pass. Market is hot, if you don’t get at least a 20% bump to exit then it’s not worth it (unless you really hate your life at Deloitte)
I agree with this ^ . 115 is too low to come in as SC .
Deloitte SC is essentially manager from what I read so you would be working at a different level

Lateral move in both title and firm for only 10% bump? Hard pass. Would need at least 40% if there’s no other step up since your time at level clock will reset
Not worth that offer was up to par with your YOE 3/4 years ago. I had a friend with similar YOE move to EY for around that amount.
You are doing great at 102k with 2.5 YOE
For context when I was a C1 at D I was maybe making 86k

Slightly off topic, how did you find the role? Were you approached or did you apply? EY website or LinkedIn?
I applied thru their career website and they reached out to me, I was just curious and I applied during a time where I was feeling v unhappy at Deloitte

I tried to negotiate to 120K, they wouldn’t budge. The initial offer was 110K lol they went up to 115
If you think you’ll promote in this cycle then no. If you do then accept it imo
No I still need 2.5 yrs to get to SC at Deloitte
Eh, take it. My gut feeling was to pass, but based purely on compensation increase (unless there was another reason you interviewed), that is a ~15% increase, which looks like it’ll cut at least a year off your promotion track
I’d get specific, written details on how you annual performance bonus will work though (eg getting a pro rata bonus would make this offer unattractive)
$600/mo extra is a lot of money. Plus, at this point in your career, you should want more responsibilities
You could always say you got an offer and use it to get a retention bonus/raise at D. Don’t have to say specifics other than SC at EY. EY pays a lot of SCs $140 now
Deloitte doesn’t match for C and below. Sounds like you’re unhappy at Deloitte, but your best option is to keep searching for another offer because this one is a lowball
What level SC at EY? I'm a current SC2 at D with an offer at EY for SC -Senior 3 level (this is appearently a thing at EY that i wasnt familiar with at D) . My offer is for 145k 5 yoe
