MSFT or AWS? As Tech Pre Sales and why?
Hi everyone, I have 2 years of experience in a service based industry as a Java developer, and I am eager to work hard and switch to a reputed product based organisation, but I am not getting proper time to study and practice data structures and algorithms, as I have so much to learn and understand things which are related to my project. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll try to inculcate it. Thanks in advance! Amazon Oracle Samsung Microsoft Cisco Salesforce Arcesium Uber

If you're looking for professional networking, I would try to keep track of some of the conferences that take place here (casino, finance/investing, etc.) and try to get in. Often times, even paid conferences have free expo hall passes available if you look, and it's a great way to get in front of people in your industry.
There are also some groups that are part of the startup scene, like Tech Alley, StartupNV, or Vegas Chamber of Commerce.
I would seek out groups that have similar hobbies/pasttimes as you. Consider MeetUp or Eventbrite.
Also the libraries are nice places to meet people if you attend the events they host, too.
I am sure there are many other ways to meet people but this kinda worked for me.
