Just saw a Sr Director of Integrated Production posted for $140-$160k. Am I crazy for thinking this is $50-65k underpaid? I make $200k as an EP.

I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I don’t want to give up my current salary, but I think this job would be such a great fit for me. Advice?
