Publicis Groupe has an unbelievable technological advantage on the rest of the industry due to investments/acquisitions made 5 or so years ago (e.g. epsilon). They were laughed at then for grossly overpaying and now they’re laughing all the way to the bank.
Basically they're using AI to get deeper insights and deliver smarter, integrated campaigns, which is helping them win business without the traditional pitch process. Clients trust their tech and results enough to skip the pitch phase entirely. It’s wild to see, but makes sense with how fast AI is changing the industry.

They definitely have the AI advantage. But is it really campaign insights or just smarter, more personalized campaign targeting, personalization and customization on top of lower production at a higher volume?
