Did you already leave? Did you contact HR ?

like

But they had time to bring you on as a new hire??? This makes ZERO sense. Have you contacted HR?

like

That's so unprofessional!

Wow! That is the most a-political move your trainer could have ever have taken. I am just not seeing this type thing happen unless of course you were hired by an independent company. And, by independent I mean non-government rather federal or state or any relation the binds to the government payroll in some sort of a way. What you have described is the exact reason for why I do not and hopefully will not find myself working for an independent company they play by different rules in an at will to work state while trying to glean all your knowledge in SOPs (I.e., they want you to write the book on how the job is done in other words) and if they determine you do not have a book or SOP to write they will try to get you off their payroll before the first 30 to 90 days depending on your probationary period. Besides if you live like an owl you can see a fox coming. But on the other hand I am so sorry this happened to you. ‘Be an independent contractor though your on non contractor payroll.’ #BeForYou

I'll try send message here maybe, can help me to find a job. I am a skilled worker as a piping foreman before in my company. But now i am here in milan italy. Work as cleaner here. But i want to work here in milan base on my own skill.

Hi Fishes,
I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I am not sure who needs to hear this but exactly one year ago, I was at my lowest point in life. Today, I’m the happiest I’ve ever been. Life has truly been a rollercoaster these past few years for me.

I am sharing this to tell you that no matter what you’re feeling right now, it won’t last. Even the happiness I feel right now, I’ve had that stripped from me multiple times. That is LIFE. We have the good and the bad.

Hang in there if times are bad. If things are good, prepare to lose it too.

Seems that the vaccine that usually takes more than 10 years to develop, test for side effects and go through the regulation process is being very fast tracked to roll out - which is a super great thing to potentially eradicate the virus. on the other side of the spectrum, people with life sciences n healthcare insights, how reliable and safe would you say vaccine (being fast tracked) is...?

Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

So recently my SO has been accusing me of being in control of when we are intimate (sex and cuddling). She says that every time she wants to I say no - and whenever I want to - she says yes. So it's by default doing whatever I want when I want. It's a gross exaggeration of what's happening - but does anyone ever deal with something like this? How do you say no to something like that - without your partner thinking you're just looking out for yourself or you're controlling?
