Just wanted to highlight, recent experience with BNP.HR called,as I was looking for some opportunities in Mumbai I thought of going ahead, set my package expectations.HR was hesitant earlier, so told her didn’t wanted to give interview, after that she was confident that mgmt can provide as per expectations and then after all my rounds of interviews and document submission she comes back after a week that mgmt didn’t approve package. why proceed and waste time if you can’t approve package.BNP Paribas

I relocated with my family to Ireland recently, one month ago, and while I got a lot of screening calls with recruiters, I did not hear back from any of them after our interview. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Any tips on the first screening call with recruiters? Should I touch base with them after our interviews?

Interviews are really something... Highest highs off good experiences and lowest lows off rejections. I just might keep doing this as a masochistic pastime 😅
