1. Associate - $75K / $5K bonus - 12 months at role
2. Consultant - $115K / $7K bonus - 11 months at role
3. Sr Consultant - $123K / $10k bonus - 7 months at role
4. Industry Role -$135K / minimum $20K bonus


Just wanted to share that if you want to move around early in your career go for it and don’t let others discourage you. I went from $80k to $155K+ TC in a little less than 3 years

Looking to switch from tech in investment bank to Consulting in big 4. Majored in CS in bachelor's, no masters degree so no business background except for working in a bank for a year. Any tips with the transition? Do big 4 have a hiring timeline? What entry level position would I need to apply for since I'm not straight after grad?

I see lot of posts on hike and performance bonus.. Performance bonus is your variable pay right? Does big 4 really pay more than 100% variable pay!?

I have offer from Deloitte USI and KPMG global services. I am planning to join KPMG.. does KGS also pay good hike amd more than 100% performance bonus like deloitte?

If you get an offer a few days before you have a final interview (or while you're waiting to hear back), is it okay to ask for some time? Or do they expect you to answer right there?

i'm in the final round for 2 different media positions in 2 completely different places (NYC and NC) and things are moving really quickly for both. the NYC job is my dream one but they're both offering $40k so i'm conflicted. any advice would be helpful lol

Hi PwCers: have an intro call coming up for a deals strategy role within pwc. Have more of a financial diligence background but have worked on a few large transactions where I worked closely with CDD. Any tips on how to best position myself in the intro calls?

Also what is the difference between Deals Strategy between pwc vs S&? The descriptions seem fairly equal to me.

I revised my CTC from JPMC before joining. Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.
